job scope:
職責范圍:
assists d.o.hr in the implementation of all training programs.
協助人力資源總監實施所有的培訓計劃。
assists d.o.hr to prepare the training budget.
協助人力資源總監準備培訓預算。
performs teaching duties in a professional manner, according to instructions issued by d.o.hr.
在人力資源總監的指示下,以專業的態度完成培訓教學任務。
conducts the new hire orientation training as required.
按要求主持新員工入職培訓。
urges each department hands out the training plan for next month before 28th and the training report for last month before 3rd each month,and then summarize the plans to training calendar.
在每月28日前監督各部門遞交下個月月度培訓計劃,并匯總成training calendar;在每月3日前監督各部門遞交上月月度培訓報告。
following up all the plans, to check the daily training 、the “training attendance record” and “summary report of training course”(the original edition), then after to finish the associates’ training records.
根據月度培訓計劃,檢查各部門日常培訓情況,并監督其培訓結束后遞交“培訓簽到表”及“課程總結報告”(原版),以此建立健全員工培訓檔案。
produce monthly training reports for training manager, including;
制作月度培訓報告,提交至人力資源部經理,內容包括:

managing all updated records of all training programs conducted.
管理所有進行過的培訓記錄,并確保該記錄是最新的。
maintains all the training records well.
維護所有的培訓記錄。
checks the training quality according to the training reports、training plans and summary report of courses. if there are any questions, the training supervisor should contact the trainer of related department.
根據各部門所遞交的月度培訓報告,月度培訓計劃及課程總結報告,審查各部門培訓后的情況,如有疑問請及時與相關部門聯系。
gives good management to the training room and the materials, windows and doors should be closed everyday; if any one wants to use the room and the materials, i should check in the “register form of training materials lent”.
管理好培訓教室及培訓部一切物品,每天檢查培訓教室門窗關閉情況;如有借出情況,需在“培訓部物品借出登記表”上登記。
managing the propaganda cote well, including all the showings and cleaning job.
管理好宣傳欄,包括所展示文件及清潔工作。
